It is to inform that, the applications submitted in response to the Notification No.500 SBRT(F)/KKP/EE(WD)/2008, dated 02/06/2008 for allotment of Single Bed Room Tenement (Flat), near Rain Tree Park at Kukatpally under 100% payment (Out Right Sale Basis) were scrutinized as per Condition No.7 of terms and conditions of application and the following are abstract of the applications received floor-wise, made eligible and rejected during scrutiny.

Lots Numbers were assigned against Application Numbers and Lists are herewith enclosed.
The drawal of lots for the above flats will be conducted floor-wise from 9.30 A.M. onwards on 10/08/2008 at APHB Community Hall, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally through traditional procedure by using the wooden coins. Therefore all the applications are requested to attend and witness the drawal of lots.
After allotment of flats in 3rd and 4th floor existing applicants, some more flats are available. Therefore, if Ground, First and Second floor applicants are interested for allotment in 3rd and 4th floors, they are at liberty to submit option on or before commencement of lots, to any one of the floor or both the floors i.e., THIRD FLOOR and FOURTH FLOOR, in the event of un-successful in the drawal of lots, for the left over third and fourth floor flats. Those who have submitted option to the chosen floor / floors, lots will be conducted under General Pool only.

NOTE: Some of the applicants have paid their EMD amounts by Cheques are not yet realized. If they are found to be BOUNCED at a later date, their applications and allotment, if made, will be REJECTED, without any further notice and no further correspondence will be entertained, with this regard.
