Acheivements

The activities of the A.P. Housing Board were confined to the twin Cities till 1973, later they were extended to the Districts.  The Board has so far constructed 74,499 houses under different categories i.e., HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS houses including shops & developed plots throughout the State with a total financial outlay of Rs.41,157.77 lakhs.

A NEW APPROCH

The cost of house is finalised after discussing with the allottees / representatives of allottees association.

For convenience of the allottees desirous of finalising the accounts and getting registration in their name, special team from Head Office, representing Accounts and Legal wings, is being sent to the various housing colonies in the state for on spot finalisation of their accounts and for taking immediate action in registration of the house.
