DEMAND SURVEY NOTIFICATION |
Andhra Pradesh Housing Board is intending to take up Housing schemes in the following localities. The Houses will be offered on Self Financing Scheme. Applications are invited for expression of interest for registration for allotment of houses to be constructed and later on the same application will be converted into registration of their names and lottery drawn thereon.
The applicants have to give their expression of interest to register their names by paying {Rs.25,000/- for HIG}, {Rs.15,000/- for MIG-I, MIG-II}& {Rs.10,000/- LIG.I & LIG.II}category in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board payable at Hyderabad. The registration fee will be adjusted in the total cost to be paid, incase the applicant is successful in the draw.

This distribution is purely tentative and can change on the basis of layout approved by D.T. & C.P. Similarly, tentative cost can change which will be informed before commencement of construction / allotment.
Application forms for allotment of houses/flats can be downloaded from the APHB website at “http//www.aphb.gov.in., and filled in applications are to be sent to the address given in colomun No. 9 along with name registration fees PLUS cost of application Rs.200/- Cost of application form is Rs.200/- (non-refundable). Those who desire to get the application forms by post, can send demand draft for Rs.250/- in favour of Executive Engineer concerned.
The last date for sale and filled-in application forms along with registration fee is 15-10-2008 upto 5.00 P.M. Last date for receipt of application forms for Serving Defence Personnel is 31-10-2008, upto 5.00 p.m.
The applicants should take note that the mode of allotment, i.e., “outright sale” means 100% payment during the construction period.
The Notification shall not confer any right on any applicant for allotment of house, since this is only a demand survey.
A.P. Housing Board (Self Financing Housing Scheme) Regulation 1997 and amendments made from time to time shall be applicable.

After registration of application, the applicant is backing out for no fault of APHB, the registration amount will be forfeited.
During construction period, default will lead to forfeiture as spelt out in the regulation.
Withdrawal after allotment will also mean forfeiture of 10% of the notified cost.
Loan facility available through Bank & Financing Institutions and the APHB shall provide “No Objection Certificate “ and “Tripartite Agreement” for obtaining loan.
