DEMAND SURVEY NOTIFICATION |
Andhra Pradesh Housing Board is intending to take up Housing Schemes in the following localities. The HOUSES / FLATS will be offered on Self Financing Scheme. Applications are invited for expression of interest for registration for allotment of registration for allotment of house / flat to be constructed and later on the same application will be converted into registration of their names and lottery drawn thereon.
The applicants have to register their names by paying the name registration fees indicated in the notification in the form of Demand Draft in favour of A.P. Housing Board payable at Hyderabad. The registration fee will be adjusted in the total cost to be paid in case the applicant is successful in the drawl of lots.

The above distribution is purely tentative and can be changed on the basis of layout approved by VUDA. Similarly, tentative cost can change which will be informed before commencement of construction / allotment. The final cost will be determined after completion of the scheme.
Application Form for allotment of Houses / Flats can be downloaded from the APHB Website at http://www.aphb.gov.in and filled-in Applications are to be sent to the address given in Column No.9 along with Name Registration Fees Plus Cost of Application Rs.200/- (non-refundable). Those who desire to get the application forms by Post, can send Demand Draft for Rs.250/- in favour of Executive Engineer concerned.
The last Date for Sale & Receive of Filled-in Application forms along with Registration Fee is 15-11-2008 upto 5.00 P.M. Last date for receipt of application forms for Serving Defence Personnel is 29-11-2008 upto 5-00 p.m.
The applicants should take note that the mode of allotment, i.e., “Self Financing Scheme” means 100% payment during the construction period.
This Notification shall not confer any right on any applicant for allotment of house / flat / plot.
The monthly income limits of the applicants eligible to apply are as follows :
HIG-I & II at Paradesipalem
(Rs.70.00 lakhs & Rs.55.00 lakhs) Rs.25,000/- above per month
HIG flats at Madhurawada
( Kommadi road ) Stilt + 5 floors Rs.20,000/- above per month.
(Rs.24.20 lakhs)
MIG flats at Madhurawada
(Kommadi road) Stilt + 5 floors Rs.20,000/- and below per month.
(Rs.16.00 lakhs)
A.P. Housing Board (Self Financing Housing Scheme) Regulation 1997 and amendments made from time to time shall be applicable.
On selection of application by drawl of lots, if the applicant is backing out for no fault of APHB, the registration amount will be forfeited.
During construction period, default will lead to forfeiture as spelt out in the Regulation.
Withdrawal after allotment will also mean forfeiture of 10% of the notified cost.
Loan facility available through Bank & Financing Institutions and the APHB shall provide “No Objection Certificate” and “Tripartite Agreement” for obtaining loan.
