2004 – DEMAND SURVEY – LIG FLATS UNDER PHASE – IV, VENTURE – II, AT KUKATPALLY – ALLOTMENT ORDERS – INTIMATION

            A.P. Housing Board sent Allotment letters to all the eligible successful 2004 Demand Survey applicants allotting the LIG flats of 580 Sft and 460 Sft under Venture – II, Phase – IV, at Kukatpally, for payment of 10% before 31/12/2009.  Now the time for payment of 10% cost is extended upto 31/01/2010.

            Further, Allotment orders to all the eligible Waiting List applicants are under issue requesting to pay 10% cost on or before 31/01/2010.  Therefore they are requested to pay the 10% cost.

            Some alloment orders / intimation letters sent are returned by the Postal Authorities un-served.  Their names are placed in the APHB Official Web Site i.e., www.aphb.gov.in and in the Notice Board of the Western Division, APHB, from 18/01/2010 onwards.  Such applicants are requested to collect their Allotment Orders in person from the O/o. the Executive Engineer(Hg), Western Division, APHB, 4^th Floor, APHB Commercial Complex, Kukatpally, by producing the original receipt and to pay the 10% cost on or before 31/01/2010.

            Applicants are requested to note that scheme will be grounded to the extent of firm demand i.e., who paid 10% cost on or before the due date i.e., 31/01/2010.
