The Andhra Pradesh Housing Board is taking up 1400 Sft HIG Flat (3 Bed Room Deluxe _
Cellar+Stilt+9floors) at Phase _ XV, Venture _ III at Kukatpally under Self Financing Scheme at Tentative Cost of Rs.30,80,000/-. 37 vacancies are available in this scheme for allotment under First-cum-First Serve Basis. Interested applicants have to give their expression of interest to register their names by paying 10% tentative cost i.e., Rs.3,08,000/- + (Rs.500/- towards application fees nonrefundable)in the form of demand draft in favour of A.P. Housing Board payable at Hyderabad. Parking,taxes, electricity and water connection charges are extra over notified cost.
Payment scheme will be spread over two years on finalization of tenders. If the construction is completed before two years, the allottees have to pay the balance revised tentative cost in lump sum and take possession of the flat.
Applications will also be received for allotment beyond 37 Nos., but they will be kept under waiting list. A new block consisting of 90 flats will be taken up, for waiting list applicants if sufficient demand is received within 4 months, otherwise, the name registration fee will be refunded with interest @ on savings bank account.
