The A.P Housing Board has constructed LIG-A & B Type flats at Pocharam, near Annojiguda Village, Ghatkesar Mandal R.R. Dist, under Self Financing Housing Scheme (on out right sale). Applications are invited from the interested public for allotment of the flats already constructed on out right sale bases. Allotment of flats will be based on the lottery system.

For downloading the applications, please visit the web site "www.aphb.gov.in" with effect from 07-06-2010 onwards. The filled-in applications should reach the above mentioned address noted in Column No.10 on or before 03-07-2010 at 5:00 P.M, and for Serving Defence Personnel it is 19-07-2010 at 5:00 PM, along with 10% of the tentative cost of the LIG flat for type "A" i.e., Rs.52000.00 + Rs.200.00 towards cost of the Application (non refundable) and for Rs.36,000.00 towards 10% of the tentative cost of LIG flat for Type "B" + Rs200.00 towards cost of application (non refundable) in the shape of Demand Drafts separately drawn in favour of "Executive Engineer, A.P. Housing Board, Central Division" payable at Hyderabad. The said 10% of the tentative cost will be adjusted to against the cost payable towards cost of the flat, if flat is allotted in the drawl of lots.

The entire 100% cost of LIG flat should be paid with-in "3" (Three) Months from the date of receipt of the allotment letter.

The rules of A.P Housing Board Self Financing Housing Scheme Regulations 1997 and amendments from time to time are applicable to the applicants.

Any information can be had from the Executive Engineer, Central Division A.P. Housing Board, Gruhakalpa Building, M.J Road Hyderabad.

If the Applicant refuses the flat after allotment or fails to pay further amounts as demanded by the A.P.H.B with-in the stipulated date, the allotment will be cancelled after '45' days of the stipulated date duly forfeiting 10% of the notified cost or the total amount paid by the allottee, which ever is lower.

For getting Housing Loan, the A.P Housing Board will issue Tripartite Agreement and No Objection Certificate, to the financing Institutions like Banks etc.,

The LIG flats are fit for immediate occupation with all basic amenities.
