Sub: A.P. Housing Board – Western Division – Single Bed Room Tenements (Flats) near Rain Tree Park, Kukatpally – Inviting applications from the eligible persons – Reg.

             The A.P. Housing Board is inviting applications from the General Public of Andhra Pradesh State to allot ready built Single Bed Room Tenements (Flats) near Rain Tree Park (Malaysian Township), Kukatpally on as is where is basis under Outright Sale, each flat is with a gross plinth area of 450 Sft.  These walkup apartments are of Ground + 4 floors.

            The applications can be downloaded from APHB Web Site www.aphb.gov.in and filled-in applications to be submitted at O/o. the Executive Engineer (Hg), Western Division, A.P. Housing Board, 4th Floor, APHB Commercial Complex, Kukatpally Main Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad along with the EMD amounts and Service Charges of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable), in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Executive Engineer (Hg), Western Division, A.P. Housing Board payable at Hyderabad

Date of receipt of applications will be from 20/11/2008 to 06/12/2008.

 

Income Limit : The Monthly Income (Gross Income) of applicant should not exceed Rs.12,500/-.

Rule of Reservation will be followed as per G.O.Ms.No. 63, Housing, dated 06/08/1997. Details are given in the Application Form.

            The applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh State for not less than 5 years as on the date of application.

            The drawal of lots will be conducted if more applications are received than the flats allocated in each category, under computer randomization method.
